Nestle releases $25 KitKat Christmas Cabin

There is one chocolate item that Aussies are loving.

The KitKat Christmas Cabin kit comes with six milk chocolate bars, six white chocolate bars, a KitKat Santa, a 50 gram pack of Smarties, a bag of Allen’s Raspberries and a bag of Nestle Bakers Choice White Chocolate Melts.

Stores that stock the kit, which retails for $25, include Coles, IGA, Kmart and Big W.

TikTok user @snackreviews_aus spotted the kit in store, and so she decided to give it a crack.

“Overall I found this kit really fun to construct but be careful as the chocolate can melt pretty easily if you touch it too much,” she warned.

She used the KitKat bars, and the belted buttons, to construct the house before moving onto the decorating portion.

It was also revealed there was a larger version of the cabin available at Costco.

Social media users were pretty impressed, however some brought up the price point of the box.

“We might need to buy this in aus for the kids for the night before Christmas,” one social media user said of the kit.

Another said: “This is my son’s favourite chocolate so for his Christmas birthday he will be getting this filled with cake. Thanks for the idea!”

“Way better than a gingerbread house that ends up in the garbage lol! Gonna try to find one in,” one added.

One social media user joked: “I would be eating it as I was making it.”

“Absolutely fuming this isn't a UK thing,” one said.

“Can easily make it cheaper buying them individually and doing this exact same way,” one said.
