Kim Zolciak Reveals Tragic Loss

The RHOA star has just shared a tragic loss in her family, and fans are sharing their support.

Kim Zolciak has been getting real with fans lately, sharing that the prospect of an “empty nest” has been difficult for her as her children get close to moving out of her home.
During recent IG Q&A, a fan asked Kim: “Are you ready for your girls to flee the nest?”
Kim replied with six crying emojis, making it clear that the thought of her kids leaving the house isn’t easy on her. Now, family is probably more important to Kim than ever as she and her loved ones navigate a recent loss.
Kim shared on social media that two close family friends in her life have passed.
“My heart is so broken,” she shared. “The world lost 2 of the most incredible people yesterday. The only comfort I can find is they passed together and I know they couldn’t have handled it any other way.
“Deb and Fred were like parents to me ever since I was a little girl,” she continued. “They lived 2 doors down from me and their daughter Melissa Elizabeth Viara and I would run the streets together for years and years…”
“Anytime I went back home to CT I would stop by and surprise them!” Kim added. “My last trip there was lsat year and I was doing an appearance at the casino… I didn’t have any time to spare I was running so behind but I just had to stop by…. And I am so glad I did.”
She continued: “Love you Uncle Fred and Aunt Debbie Thank you for treating me like your own. I will miss your texts Fred always checking up on me and the fam. Rest easy until we meet again.”
She signed off by asking her Frans to “please pray for Melissa and Freddy and the entire Zorick family.”
